These terms apply when you browse olfefragrances.com or buy from us. The site is run by OLFE FRAGRANCES (“OLFE”, “we”, “us”), 303 Brahans Business Park, Paper Box Road, Off Mahakali Caves Road, Above Hotel Royal International, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093, GSTIN 27AAGPS7684G2Z2. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them — they’re written to be read.

1. What we sell

OLFE makes its own perfumes, blended in small batches in India. Some of our fragrances are inspired by well-known designer perfumes. When a product page says “Inspired by” a named fragrance, that is a description of the scent family we set out to evoke — nothing more.

An OLFE perfume is not the designer original, a copy of its packaging, or a product of that brand.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer brand named on this site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe scent profile.
Scent is personal and skin chemistry varies, so an OLFE fragrance may smell different on you than the original does.

2. The “Designer original” price

Where a product shows “Designer original ₹X”, that is the approximate Indian retail price of the designer fragrance it is inspired by, shown for comparison. It is not a former price of our product and not a discount we are offering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. A GST invoice is issued with every order.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a delivery address can’t be served, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you’ve paid, you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Using our perfumes safely

For external use only. Do not spray near eyes or on broken or irritated skin.
Perfume contains alcohol and is flammable. Keep away from heat, flame and direct sunlight.
If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, patch-test on a small area first and stop use if irritation occurs. Ingredients are listed on the packaging.
Keep out of reach of children.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private — you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian’s involvement.

8. Our content

The OLFE name, logo, product names, photographs, text and site design belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Liability

We take care to describe our products accurately. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
